Will it fit my exact phone even with a case on?
Yes. Every Story Leather custom holster is cut to order for a specific phone model, and you can tell us the case you use (slim, OtterBox, battery case, or naked phone) or its precise measurements. We build the internal cavity around those dimensions, so the phone seats fully without rattling or binding.
What leather do you use?
Genuine leather with varying textures and color finishes. Choose from top grain calfskin, embossed pebble grain, saffiano hatch-pattern, or animal prints, to find one that matches your style and personality.
How long does a custom holster take?
Every piece is made to order, so allow 25–30 days for production before shipping. Nothing is cut until your measurements are confirmed.
Horizontal or vertical carry - which should I pick?
Horizontal rides flatter against the belt and suits standing and walking. Vertical takes up less width on the belt and is more comfortable when you are seated or driving for long stretches.
Will the belt clip hold on a thick work belt?
Yes. Our steel spring clips are measured to clip onto belts up to 1.5-inches in width, and belt loop backs are available if you have a wider belt and prefer a fixed carry that never comes off the belt during the day.
What if I upgrade my phone?
Order a new holster patterned to the new device. Because each build is tied to a specific model and case measurements, a holster made for your old phone may not seat a different one perfectly.
Do you ship internationally and can I return it?
We ship worldwide. Returns are not accepted since they are custom made to order, but every holster carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If the fit is not right, let us know, and we will make it right.
