Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to return it. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number associated with the return. We intentionally price them lower so that customers can give us a try and evaluate us on quality and craftsmanship

Unfortunately no. These items are pre-made and no personalization or changes can be made on these items.
How soon can you ship?
The Ready-to-Ship items are available for shipment in 3-5 days. Shipping via USPS takes about 5-7 business days, while FedEx is 3-5 business days. We are able to offer overnight shipping or 2nd day air on request. Please contact us at cs@storyleather.com if you need your order expedited.
